“Live, Laugh, Love” While it may be a simple phrase, I’m hoping that our work together will help you embrace life, harness your skills that you possess, find joy, and appreciate and foster the relationships around you. As your therapist, I will help guide you through life’s challenges with strength, support, and humor. In our work together, I incorporate a neuropsychological lens that integrates the complexities of the mind, brain social, and environmental factors that impact our mental health. My therapeutic method includes features of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution focused interventions centered around the goals of the client. I have extensive experience in treating individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic illness and life stressors, grief, parenting/behavioral issues, school/work difficulties, and relationship concerns. With over 17 years of clinical experience, I am confident that if we work together in a collaborative and goal-oriented manner, therapy will be rewarding. Thank you for putting your trust in me as we embark on this journey together.
